Pets to the Rescue, A Cousin Crew Series is a six-book series for 7-10 year olds who love mystery, adventure, and fun. The goal of the authors is to enhance the joy of reading for young readers and promote higher literacy rates while incorporating family values and the importance of God and prayer.

Lisa M. Pritchard, M.Ed.
Keenly aware that God gifted her with the love of writing, she listens to His voice to guide her work. She writes books, articles, devotions, and poetry.
Lisa earned a B.S. in business (High Point University) and a master’s degree in education (NCSU). She co-leads book studies for an international prayer group. Lisa is a member of Word Weavers, AWSA, ACFW, and is Speak Up speaker-certified.
As a business and marketing teacher, Lisa was voted Teacher of the Year. She was a member of the county and state literacy teams and led workshops at both levels. She is burdened by plummeting literacy rates.
Lisa’s favorite pastimes are boating with her husband, baking, cooking, and spending sunrises with Jesus.

Jennifer’s writing often includes the natural beauty around her. She uses creation, and the Word of God, to point both adults and children to the Creator.
Her award-winning Children’s Picture Book, Little Sprout says Yes! is based on a real one-horned goat who finds his family. Ephesians 1:5, Adoption through Christ.
Her poignant time-split novel, Jane’s Secret, debuts Spring, 2026. A fast-paced suspense story, it points the reader to the power of prayer and the gift of generational blessings.
She is a contributing writer to Focus on the Family, Arise Daily Devotions, Guideposts and more.
Jennifer and her husband, Bobby, live life to the fullest in the Coastal Carolinas. She is thrilled to have received her crown of white hair, and six grandchildren to go with it…so far!
